Examples and advice on creating events to connect individuals and communities across divides.

Are you looking to use your next event to bring people together across difference and strengthen the community where you work?
Are you looking for new organisations, businesses and event partners who can provide a bridge to under-represented communities?
Or do you need help to ensure your events create lasting change?

Belong Network has partnered with Spirit of 2012 to create this free ‘Moments to Connect’ guide on what it takes to create a successful event which contributes to social cohesion. It’s an introduction to planning, evaluating, and holding events which promote connection, and ensuring they leave tangible change.

The guide is informed by five recipients of Spirit of 2012’s ‘Moments to Connect’ grants including British Future, Jack Drum Arts and Springboard who all used a national event to build local connection.
